Mr. LU Yimin is now the President and the vice Chairman of China United Network Communications Group Co. Ltd (“China Unicom”). Mr. Lu is also a member of China BRICS Business Council and a Board Director of GSMA. Mr. Lu, a Professor Senior Engineer,is fully experienced in both Government Administration and Telecommunications Industry. He graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1985 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering. In 2001, Mr. Lu got a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
