The vice president also stressed the importance of developing cooperation between Brazil and Russia in the field of energy and the exchange of opinions between energy ministers of both nations
Brazil is interested in Russia’s investments into infrastructure, tourism, science and technology, Vice President of Brazil Michel Temer said on Tuesday at the Russian-Brazilian business forum.
“This forum is an important point in the bilateral agenda; representatives of business are present here along with representatives of governments of our nations,” Temer said. “Projects to improve Brazil’s infrastructure were discussed today. We are interested in Russian investments in this area, as well as in the area of tourism, science and technology,” he added.
The vice president also stressed the importance of developing cooperation between Brazil and Russia in the field of energy and the exchange of opinions between energy ministers of both nations.
“The visit of our delegation accompanied by ministers of various spheres and branches of industry coincided with the high level intergovernmental commission’s meeting to take place on September 16,” the vice president said. “This meeting is called to be continued with positive results, as it happened with previous meetings of our commission in Russia and Brazil,” Temer said.
